Apple has finally released the public beta for iOS 13! To get it you need to be a beta tester; good you found this post because I've just made a précis of it in 5 simple steps!.
Beta software can have some bugs and so I recommended that you run them on temporary devices.
So we begin...
Step #1. Visit the Apple Beta Program website here and sign up to enroll yourself in the program.
Step #2. You’ll see a catch to “Enroll your iOS device to receive beta updates,” click on it to continue.
Step #3. To make sure you stay safe, we’ll first make a backup of your device. Connect your iPhone/iPad to a computer and back up with iTunes. You can archive that backup within iTunes to preserve a copy of it.
Step #4. Download the new iOS Beta Configuration Profile from from your device here.
Step #5. Finally, on your iDevice navigate to Settings → General → Software Update and look for the iOS beta to download and install.
One thing that might disappoint you is that the beta program is not open for all users. As of now, it seems like only the users who are already enrolled in the OS X Beta program are able to sign up for the iOS Beta Program.
